Inquiries

When you send an inquiry, we receive your name, email address, message and, if you chose one, the reference of the piece you asked about. The message is delivered to our inbox by our email provider, Resend. We use these details only to reply to you and to continue the conversation you started. We do not sell or share them.

Analytics

With your permission, we use PostHog (US cloud) for product analytics and session replay: which pages are viewed, how the catalogue and gallery are used, and anonymised recordings of visits. Text typed into form fields is masked in recordings. PostHog sets its own cookies and local storage to recognise a returning browser.

Nothing from PostHog loads until you choose Accept. If you decline, no analytics run. You can change your choice at any time; withdrawing stops analytics and clears PostHog's identifier in this browser.
