Every product page displays a catalog reference next to its listing details. It stays attached when you start an inquiry from that page.
What is sent
The inquiry delivery uses the catalog record to add the listing name, reference, and canonical product URL. This lets the business see which listing your message concerns.
General questions
You can also send a general inquiry without choosing a product. In that case, the message is clearly identified as a general inquiry.
